We source rich, creamy cashews for our famous Kaju Katli, pure, fragrant saffron for our desserts, and the highest quality gram flour (besan) for our ladoos. We believe in using real, pure ghee (clarified butter), not substitutes, because it provides that unmistakable rich, nutty aroma that is the soul of good mithai.
